They are very honest and hardworking. He has great integrity. They have worked for me for many years and I would trust them with any job.

Manuel and his workers today finished five days of work 20/26/2020 on my home boy it looks like a new house. I actually hired them off the street as I watched them do one of my neighbors houses and I was so impressed with the work they did I hired them on the spot. What impressed me is that the owner Manuel was always there to see what was going on at 5 in the morning making sure everything was done correct. I have a wrought iron fence on my front porch that was made in the late 18 century. Very antique it was very rusted paint was falling off it and was rusted. looked really bad. They power washed it took it down to Bare Metal sanded everything down primed it and painted it and it looks better than it looked probably when it was new. I highly recommend Manuel and his crew I was very happy with the work extremely happy. Chuck smisek (Sensitive Information Hidden) And the price was also good.

Manny and his crew painted the exterior of our home, and they are experienced pros. Meticulous and careful prepping; power-washing, priming, and two coats of premium paint, followed by 5-star clean-up, including everything returned to it's proper place.

Everything is done based on planning and assigned tasks, with tremendous attention to detail. The crew operated safely, quickly, and courteously; they also ensured that we had access in and out of our home while the exterior was in each phase of treatment.

This was one of the most positive experiences we've ever had with any contractor.

MCM Painting recently painted the outside of our house and all perimeter walls. They did a fantastic job. power washing, scraping, repair, seal of stucco and painting were 100% professional. All windows were covered, landscape was protected, and the crew was very nice.
We will definitely use them again for the interior.

When it comes time to paint your house, do yourself a favor and call on Manuel Cortez. He was referred to me by a friend who had two homes painted by him and his crew. I am so grateful for this referral. When I spoke with Manuel, I knew that, for my piece of mind, I needed to have him and his crew paint my house. He painted my house, perimeter walls, and the pool deck. I am so delighted with the results and that he completed the project on bid and on time.

In addition to receiving excellent results, going through the process with Manuel is very reassuring. I am an Easterner and not used to stucco and pool decks. From our first meeting to his final day, I learned a lot about the painting process from him. He answered questions with ease and explained in detail so that I understood what was going on and why. When it came to colors, I had to select from those approved by the Homeowner's Association. For me it was challenging to select colors from small chips of paint. Manuel has such a good sense of color that he can look at the chips and tell you whether the choices made will work.

When I am ready to paint the inside of my house, I will simply call Manuel. He will be able to help me with colors and, as he and his crew work, I know they will be respectful of my home and be careful in every detail.

We had a wonderful experience with MCM. They submitted a very fair bid, started the job with a large and experienced crew, and completed on time. Their workmanship was top notch. I have never worked with a company so focused on making sure the customer is satisfied. Manuel kept tight control of the job and was a delight to work with. They painted the entire inside and outside of our house in two separate jobs, with attention to detail. I am using them for all of our painting from now on. 10/10 rating.

Manuel and his team did an wonderful paint job on my home's interior.. He and his team are as neat as a pin! They are also very careful as they move your furniture . He is excellent with colors and he painted cupboards, walls, baseboards and even the garage for me! In addition, he is very easy to work with and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Manuel for any paint project.

Manual and his crew are about the best painters I've ever encountered. Our living room, kitchen and bedrooms look amazing. His crew marbleized our pillars in our living room and they look fantastic. And they also painted every cabinet in our house in the kitchen and four bedrooms.Not only is each room painted perfectly but Manuel was also helpful in helping us select colors. He and his crew are extremely professional and very friendly. After all the painting was complete he brought in a detail person to clean and put everything back together perfectly. I rarely give this High of a recommendation to anyone but these guys deserve it!

Manuel and crew not only provided masterfully painted baseboard, they were on time, on budget, polite and clean...true pros. We look forward to more projects with him/them.

Manuel is a such a talented and detailed painter. He has painted 2 different houses for us and 3 separate times in total doing a fabulous job each time. He recently fixed a butch job that someone else did (referred by a friend) and went out of his way to match the existing color paint exactly. Manny did a fantastic job for us as we prepare our property for sale. We were under time constraints to get the house listed and he accommodated us right away, even working on a Sunday! I highly recommend him. His work is flawless and he's a great guy.

Manuel worked with us during multiple stages of our home renovation, including painting, drywall repair and texturing, wallpaper removal and faux painting of ceiling beams to match to-be-installed hardwood flooring. He also provided a new coat over our old epoxy flooring in the garage. I have no reservations on recommending him. He was always on time.
